Somatic Strength

Integration
Talk therapy supported by somatic practices helps to connect the mind and body to help you heal. It involves talking about your feelings and experiences while paying attention to how your body reacts. By noticing things like tension, breath, or physical sensations, you can better understand and release unproductive emotions and patterns, leading to deeper self-awareness and overall well-being.
Technique
Each client is supported on their journey of discovery, enhancing mindfulness and sensory awareness through exercises such as internal focusing, meditation, mantras, breath work, movement and yoga postures, sound, scent, nature, grounding, ritual, journaling and visualization.
